In this classroom children will learn to respect others and themselves. They foster a love of learning and develop good self-esteem in an educational nurturing well-disciplined environment. We are working together with parents, educators and administration as one to create an environment that will build life long learning skills.

 

We try to develop a sense of community and recognize differences in learning styles and multiple intelligences we try to meet individual needs through creative and adaptive methods. We create a safe, creative, warm, multi sensory, responsive, spontaneous, environment We promote individual identity development and thinking skills through every step of our curriculum. We encourage children to think for themselves rather than learning things from rote. We encourage problem solving through hands on problem solving situations we try to do this through thematic teaching.

 

This program encourages students to actively participate and develop a sense of self-confidence in multiple forms of communication. This is their introduction to a full day of an educational and academic atmosphere. Students are encouraged to work independently and with personal responsibility. We focus on social skills to facilitate cooperative and group learning.
