We look forward to getting to know your child. Tour Hilltop to view our sunny learning spaces and innovative learning labs. During your visit, we will briefly assess your child’s readiness for their desired grade level.
2. Complete Admission for Application Online
You may click here to complete the admission application online or download and print a pdf of our admission application to email or mail. Families who indicate they wish to apply for financial aid will need to complete a parent financial profile. Hilltop awards need-based tuition assistance that does not need to be repaid and is based on each family’s unique financial situation.
3. Complete Consent form for Records Release
Please print, sign and return this form to Hilltop at firstname.lastname@example.org to allow your child’s current school to share your child’s academic records.
4. Complete Application Fee Payment of $100
A non-refundable application fee of $100 is due at time of application, admission decisions will not be made until payment is received.
Notes for Applicants in the Early Childhood Division
(Preschool, Prekindergarten and Kindergarten)
Students entering preschool should be 2.5 years old and fully toilet trained and those entering prekindergarten should be 4 years old by October 1 of their entry year.

Hilltop Country Day School accepts applications for all grades on a rolling basis. Admissions decision notifications are typically made within 10 days of receipt of a completed application, including all supporting documentation.
